What is the warranty period for Zekoki tools?
Zekoki tools are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of six (6) months from the date of original purchase.
What types of defects are covered under the Zekoki warranty?
The Zekoki warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. This means that if your tool fails due to a manufacturing flaw, it will be covered.
What should I do if my Zekoki tool develops a problem within the warranty period?
If your tool develops a problem within the six (6) month warranty period, return the complete tool, freight prepaid, to one of our Zekoki factory service centers.
What happens after I send my Zekoki tool to a service center for warranty repair?
Our technicians will inspect the tool. If the problem is caused by defective workmanship or material, Zekoki will repair (or, at our option, replace) the tool without charge.
Am I responsible for shipping costs when sending a tool for warranty repair?
